Track mounted wall sawing is an efficient method of achieving clean and controlled demolition of building structures with a cutting capability of up to 750mm thickness either horizontally, vertically or even inverted. The track saw is operated by remote control away from the surface being worked upon. The cutting is carried out by making a series of passes along the length being cut at progressive depths until the desired cut is achieved.

Track mounted wall sawing system cuts at a depth of 725 mm and runs off 3 phase power. This method is ideal for confined spaces and demolition work as the Track saw is remotely operated. Its powerful motor makes it perfect for deep cutting of heavily reinforced concrete walls. All cutting is fume free and being a modular system it can be used in hard to access areas that other saws cannot be used.

Track saw can cut precisely plumb, level or bevelled edges in shear walls, masonry walls, pre-cast concrete, reinforced concrete and metal.

Track Sawing is used for :

  • Bank Vaults, Lift Shafts, Water Tanks
  • Abutments
  • For putting in openings and breaking through walls
  • Winged walls on bridges
  • Brick Work
  • Thick walls where they can only be cut from one side
  • For wall thicknesses of 725mm
